No work of charity is foreign to the members of St. Vincent de Paul. Through home visits, we assess the needs of an individual or family and then we strive to provide for those and to respect the dignity of everyone. We offer both emotional support and real support for the needs we encounter. St. Vincent de Paul:
Help provide rent and utility assistance
Help with there is food to eat and clothing to wear
Provide furniture, mattresses, appliances – a refrigerator to keep food fresh, a stove to cook a meal
Evaluate and meet the diverse needs of a diverse population of men, women and families
The local St. Vincent de Paul workers are friends…mentors…providers – always working individual to individual without any restriction of race, creed or color.
DO YOU NEED HELP? Contact the local Catholic parish nearest to you or call our Administrative referral line at 520-628-7837. There are 37 St. Vincent de Paul conferences in Southern Arizona – each devoted to providing help on a direct person to person basis.
It is our privilege to touch the lives of others in a way that fills their immediate needs and provides hope for a better future.
Plan a Stuff-the-Truck event with your Church or organization. CALL 520-622-2821 and ask for Jim Kuzdal, operations manager. We’ll arrange to bring a St. Vincent de Paul truck to the location of your choice the night before the event. Then, invite your fellow parishioners or organization members to stuff it with new and used items that can make a difference in the life of a family! It’s also a great time to hold a bake sale, silent auction or some other type of fund-raising effort to raise funds to donate to the good works of St. Vincent de Paul.
Thank you for your interest in helping St. Vincent de Paul serve your community!
